It will feature over 250 elite competitors and represent over 50 esports nations in a variety of world-renowned titles, including Dota 2, eFootballTM™️ 2024, PUBG MOBILE, and Street Fighter 6.
The Saudi Esports Federation is hosting the third GEF flagship event, which will take place from December 12 to December 17 and include over 950 athletes from more than 100 nations. Riyadh will host GEFcon, the global conference of the Global Esports Federation, in addition to the major esports contests.
The 2024 International Esports Federation (IESF) World Esports Championships will take place in Saudi Arabia as well.
When is the Riyadh 2023 Global Esports Games?
Dota 2
December 12–16, 2023, is when the LAN competition will be place. The GEG 2023 will feature five days of competition between eight qualifying nations. A single-elimination bracket with a best-of-three series format will govern the competition.

On December 14–16, 2023, the LAN competition will also take place. Teams fielding all-female lineups will compete in a best-of-three series with the eight qualifying teams, with a single-elimination bracket arranged in between.

Street Fighter 6
32 top fighters will represent their nations in Street Fighter 6 between December 12 and 16, 2023. The game will begin with a round-robin format and move into a single-elimination format for the championship round.

28 different countries will be represented in the well-known esports competition. Round-robin group stage competition will be used for the event, and single-elimination finals will be used.

PUBG Mobile
At GEG23, PUBG Mobile will make it’s debute. 16 nations will take part in a fierce action-packed tournament that takes place on December 14 and 15, 2023. The team that places highest on the leaderboard will be declared the winner of the event, which will be decided by a point system.
