Amit Mondal dies following a tragic road accident
According to various reports, the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon, 14 February 2023 when the young influencer was riding a scooter with his two companions. Following the incident, Amit suffered some serious injuries and an ambulance quickly took him to a local hospital.
While at the hospital, Amit’s situation worsened overnight, and he was eventually taken to the state-run SSKM hospital late at night, which is located in Kolkata. Sadly, on Wednesday morning, instead of improving, Amit Mondal succumbed to his injuries despite all efforts of the medical officials. His sudden death has left thousands of his followers in shock and in grief.
Social media fame and success
Amit Mondal recently experienced success on social media particularly YouTube following his various intiatives. Prior to his success, he struggled to make ends meet as he grew up from a lower-middle-class family. Despite their grave financial situation, Amit’s parents were always very supportive about their son pursuing his passions. Amit’s parents work as contract employees for the town nearby their locality.
Using social media platforms like YouTube, Amit often shared and spoke about present-day relevant topics like body shaming, self-love, and mental health problems. While speaking of all these things, the young influencer also loved to share an important message, which stated:
“My identity should not solely exist to inspire an able-bodied person. I have my own identity and it can be filled with joy too.”
The young man had over three million channel subscribers on YouTube, while on Instagram he had over 120k followers and 827 posts.
