After Allegedly Fighting With His Neighbour Over A College Football Game, Ricky Frank of Alabama Was Detained.
After Alabama’s Saturday loss to Tennessee, their first of the year, Ricky Franks Jr. reportedly got into a fight with a neighbour, according to the Florence Police Department.
As time ran out, the Volunteers scored a field goal to defeat the Crimson Tide 52-49. After arguing with the neighbour verbally about the game, Franks Jr. allegedly left the house and fired a shotgun at the house.
As per the reports, no one inside was hurt, despite the house being shot at. Franks Jr. was taken into custody by Florence Police Department officers without any further incident. Franks Jr. received a $30,000 bond and was released.

Tennessee ought to be disappointed; after all, Alabama had defeated them for around 15 years in a row. Anyone who becomes this outraged about a football game, in my opinion, poses a threat to our society.
Someone ought to spend a lot of time in jail for being insane enough to pull a shotgun out instead of just saying “nice game.” A person with sanity would not act in this manner.
I’m not sure if the neighbour has children, but imagine the horror if he did and one of those shotgun shots killed a child or someone else in the house unrelated to the game.
In all honesty, the $30k bond is too low. It should be at least $300k as this is a case of attempted murder.
