Prince Kysser is not angry at Captain Rodd and really treats him fairly well. Balmong is there as well, and he inquires about the obvious problem. With his brazen exit from the Royal Palace, Joshua became a lightning rod for controversy overnight, whether or not his actions technically rendered him a traitor.
We appreciate such MCs because they have nerves of steel. Even Captain Rodd agrees that the scenario is impressive, with Joshua overcoming him and walking out. Even though Joshua lost his memories of his past life, he retained the experience he had gained.
