So far, the petition, which is signed “From a Concerned Fan,” has gathered over 5,000 signatures. According to recent rumours, the fan, along with thousands of others, may just receive their dream.

The England defender has been heavily criticised in recent months. However he spoke about his performances this season in an interview prior to the loss to Liverpool.
