The 2022 Game Awards concluded on Friday, December 9. Eldin Ring from FromSoftware was named Game of the Year, and God of War Ragnarok was nominated in 10 categories. The event was jam-packed with new game announcements and trailers.
Remnant 2 was announced as one of the games announced during the event. For those who are unfamiliar with the game, Remnant 2 will be the sequel to Remnant, which was launched in 2019. The game was a big hit, selling over 3 million copies to date. With that stated, let’s learn everything there is to know about Remnant 2.

According to the announcement trailer shown during the event, Remnant 2 is expected to be released in 2023 for next-generation consoles and PC. Remnant: From the Ashes was originally released for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4, but was then re-released on the two new-gen platforms, Xbox Series S and Series X, as well as PlayStation 5.
Remnant II is a third-person shooter with deadly creatures and even more dangerous monsters. It is reported that gamers will be able to play single or in co-op with other players, and they will be able to explore the wide unknown in order to stop the evils from destroying reality.

Remnant 2 Gameplay/Storyline
Players have a multitude of options in Remnant: From the Ashes to select the many classes and weaponry, each with a unique gameplay style. Players can also improve their inventories before entering a realm filled with enemies. Machine guns, shotguns, hunting rifles, sniper rifles, and other types of weaponry can be used in this game, and they can also have modifications attached to them that offer players additional skills.
Although the player still follows a predetermined plot, they are forced to battle difficult adversaries and bosses spread around a randomly created landscape.
In Remnant 2, players will go further into the terrible, crumbling environment of the original game, taking on clever enemies alone or with friends. However, this is the only information available, and little is known about the storyline.
