A trading window is a mini-auction conducted prior to the main auction. Through the trading window, players can move from one franchise to the other before the auction. If Jadeja and Csk’s reports are said to be true, then surely Ravindra Jadeja will be the biggest name in the trading window.
Jadeja was removed from the captaincy in IPL 2022 Season-
During the previous season of the IPL, Ravindra Jadeja was removed from the role of captain and the command was handed over to Ms Dhoni. However, this transition did not help the team as expected and eventually Chennai finished in 9th place by winning only four games.
Since he was dismissed from his role as captain, Jadeja has been unhappy and kept him out of the franchise. Recently, he was the victim of a rib injury, although he was under contract to the CSK, he never informed the team. If you check the social media handles of Jadeja, he has deleted all his posts related to CSK, which itself shows the all-purpose wants to move forward.
As there has been no sort of connection between both the parties, it is more likely that Chennai can put their star player in the upcoming Trading Window only if the franchise gets any offers from the other teams.
Teams that potentially can sign Ravindra Jadeja if he leaves-
Let’s try to discover the next 3 possible destination for Jadeja, if Chennai Super kings decide to offload him-
• Mumbai Indian: There is a high possibility that five-time champions could target Jadeja if he leaves.
• Sunrisers Hyderabad: SRH could also target Jadeja, the team requires to fill its all-rounder spot.
• Royal Challengers Bangalore: There’s a good chance RCB will be Jadeja’s next team.
