Ravie Dubey says of the monologue, “As actors, I feel it’s our constant job to push the envelope and provide the audience with new, distinctive, and engaging stuff. It is up to us to try what hasn’t been done to the best of our abilities. I became quite enthusiastic about one such possibility, which was this 28-minute speech. We came to the conclusion that we had a winner who could create a precedent. Following our shift, we spent the night working on the script on the sets before shooting it in one take the following day.”
Dubey further added that being a courtroom drama, the context provided them with an opportunity to attempt something like this. He was delighted to report that worked fantastically well, and he could confidently assert that this is among the longest single-shot monologues in the world. This gave the show more seriousness while also producing something priceless that they could cherish for the rest of their lives.
