At first, there was concern that Varane wouldn’t fit in for the impending 2022 FIFA World Cup, which would get underway on November 20. However, according to certain reports, the scan was performed on Sunday and the results were positive, indicating that Varane just has a minor hamstring tear and there is a high possibility that Varane would be fit for the World Cup.
