What Exactly Happened in Chapter 297
Some intriguing occurrences occur in Queen Bee Chapter 297. Indeed, Dali has maintained communication with the art student ever since his return from the island. Because Hyemin was so worried about Hyuna, he first asked Dali on the island about Pyo. In their post-island one-on-one chat, Dali reassured the art girl that staying with Pyo was fine with her, but she later gaslighted her about how horrible she felt.
By repeatedly assuring her that her continued presence depends on her faithfulness, she manages to gaslight her. The one who ends up controlling her is Dali. Pyo learns from Dali that she had been attempting to distance herself from Hyemin prior to all that, but that she ultimately decided to make Hyemin her concubine in order to keep her in line after realizing he wouldn’t dump her anyhow. Later on, when they go back to the painting, Dali is elated to see that he omitted her, which provides her relief that she wasn’t involved in his family’s revenge. Upon hearing from Dalho that he intends to leave for a few days, Pyo has the brilliant idea of dropping by Dali’s house to hang it, along with a picture of Hyuna at sea—the same one he shoved her into—replica.
