The Indian Super League is about to begin next week. The ISL 2023–24 season will start on September 21, and Punjab FC will be the first I-League team promoted to the ISL and the fans are curious to check out all the fixtures and it’s schedule.

Clubs like FC Goa, Kerala Blasters FC, Bengaluru FC, Chennaiyin FC, Hyderabad FC and NorthEast United FC have already initiated online ticket sales, while Jamshedpur FC will begin their sales on September 15 and other clubs along with Punjab are also expected to release ticket details in due course.
Punjab FC coached by Staikos Vergetis have announced the final four additions to their Indian roster for the 2023-24 season – midfielder Sweden Fernandes, defenders Nongmaikapam Suresh Meitei and Mashoor Shereef and goalkeeper Shibinraj Kunnaiyil and the 23-year-old Sweden Fernandes has been signed on a season-long loan from ISL side, Chennaiyin FC.

In order to meet the standards of the ICLS Premier 1 Licencing, the Chandigarh-based team will play all of its home games at the Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi. Additionally, this will be the first Indian Super League game played at the JLN Stadium after Delhi Dynamos relocated to Bhubaneswar and adopted the name Odisha FC.
Amarjit Singh Kiyam, an Indian international, made a significant move from FC Goa to join Punjab FC, which went on to sign Colombian striker Wilmar Jordan Gil and French Moroccan midfielder Madih Talal. Punjab FC won the I-League by a margin of 10 points last season.
Shankar Sampingiraj, Samuel Lalmuanpui, and Aleksandar Ignjatovic were among the important players that Punjab FC let go while keeping their second-division championship-winning coach Staikos Vergetis. However, it was vital to keep midfield superstar Juan Mera and leading scorer Luka Majcen from last season.
