The 2022 PMWI Afterparty Showdown will start on August 18. The 2022 PMWI Afterparty Showdown features the top five teams from the Main Tournament, five fan-selected teams from the Americas, Southeast Asia, MENA, South Asia, and Europe, 7Sea Esports, the winner of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown (BMSD) 2022, and one special invited team. The team with the next-highest rating will compete in the PMWI Afterparty Showdown if any of the qualified or invited teams are unable to do so.
