To compete in the PUBG Mobile World Cup, which is a component of the Esports World Cup, 24 teams will travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this summer, according to Krafton.
All 28 teams go head-to-head in the group stage of the event. The top twelve teams proceed to the Main Stage competition, while the bottom twelve go to the next round.
The “Survival Stage” begins in the group stage’s lower half. In this round, they compete against one another, and in the Survival round, four invitees from the PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL) will join them.
The top four teams from the Survival Stage will move on to the Main Stage, where they will face the remaining 12 teams. There will now be 16 teams competing on the main stage for the chance to become the first-ever PUBG Mobile World Cup winner.
The identities of PUBG Mobile’s 39 associated teams from Southeast Asia, EMEA, and the Americas have also been revealed. The qualification process has been revealed so far. It is currently unknown who has earned a spot in the event. But four teams are travelling from the EMEA zone, three are from the Americas, and the staggering seventeen are from the Asian divisions.
