Henry Ruggs III wasn’t present at his court hearing in what was envisaged to be his second public appearance after his car accident
After ending Tina Tintor’s life, Henry Ruggs III couldn’t even be bothered to show up for his court hearing. The ex-Raiders player decided to abstain from reaching the court for his first court date, one which was set to be only his second public appearance after he had crashed his Corvette into the Toyota of 23 year old Tintor.
Henry Ruggs III Faces 50 Year Prison Time For His Car Accident
Unfortunately for Henry, his no show did little to deter prosecutors from levying five charges against him at the hearing on Wednesday which included four felonies. And the proscetutors went onto say after the hearing that Henry could be locked up in the prison for over 50 years if he’s convicted on all counts.
Defense Attorney David Chesnoff asks the public to hold judgement.
He asked the judge to deny the prosecution’s request to obtain Kiara Je’nai Kilgo-Washington’s medical records.

Ruggs had sent in his attorneys to represent him with his lawyer David Chesnoff imploring public not to prejudge the 22 year old. The second hearing in the case will now be held in December.
Reports have also emerged of Washington and Ruggs bickering with each other in the car right before the crash with Ruggs’ girlfriend said to be hitting him during the heated confrontation. A gun was also found in the dashboard of Ruggs’ car.
