The 2024 season commences at Cardiff’s Utilita Arena on February 1, with the opening night’s quarter-finals highlighting an eagerly anticipated clash between World Champion Humphries and the up-and-coming talent Littler. Following his triumph in a record-breaking World Championship final on January 3, Humphries, ranked as the world number one, is set to make his Premier League debut against the World Youth Champion.

In Cardiff, Gerwyn Price will take on Nathan Aspinall, the reigning World Matchplay champion. Michael van Gerwen, the current champion seeking his eighth Premier League crown, is set to compete against Michael Smith, the 2023 World Champion, in the third quarter-final of the evening. The tournament’s opening match will feature a showdown between Rob Cross and Peter Wright, both of whom are former finalists and World Champions.

All matches will be contested over the best of 11 legs, and each night’s winner will be eligible for a £10,000 bonus. Ranking points will also be awarded, with five going to the winner, three to the runner-up, and two to the semi-finalists, forming the league table. The top four players will progress to the Play-Offs at The O2 in London on Thursday, May 23.
