2023 Cazoo Premier League Darts night three results, winner, scores, best performers, & night four schedule
The world’s top-ranked Smith defeated Price in his quarterfinal match in Glasgow with ease before rallying from a leg down to defeat Jonny Clayton of Wales in the semifinal. Yet, Smith saved his greatest performance for the championship match, averaging 109.42 to take the top spot in the standings. Smith had lead 3-1, when Van den Bergh hit an 86 on the bull to fight back, but the 12-darter Grand Slam of Darts champion powered in a 140 finish. Van den Bergh scored legs of 13 & 14 darts to get within 5-4, but Smith clinched the match to cap-off an unforgettable night in Scotland.
Van den Bergh defeated Scotland’s Peter Wright in their quarterfinal match with a score of 6-4 before putting up an incredible performance in the semifinal match. The Belgian stunned Glasgow’s crowd by defeating Nathan Aspinall 6-1 with a 105.73 average, but he was unable to match that performance when facing an inspired Smith in the championship match.
