For those who are confused, let us tell you, It simply means if you want to see the content posted by someone else, you need to share a post first.
Well, the feature does seem like a BeReal app, which only allows their users to see others’ content if one has posted something first even if it’s someone your friend on the platform or any random content.
Well with the new update of TikTok, many users were confused as to what exactly they needed to do in order to see the content of others.
Meanwhile TikTok has made changes in the hope that people can stay connected with their close friends and family member’s new content easily as the user will get a daily prompt.
This update has also changed a certain thing which is also a previous feature of BeReal. From now on, the video-sharing platform users can only see their past uploads and they won’t be able to see the past uploads of their friends.
To use this feature, a user has to be above 13 years old and if the users are from South Korea or Indonesia, they need to be above 14 years.
For those who want to use the feature, they can just download the app, as it’s already available on the platform, while in some countries, you need to download it separately with your app.

First of all, try to update the app, if it’s still not there then, re-download the TikTok app from the app store.
After downloading the app, open it, if you already have an account then login. If you don’t have onez just create an account.
Followed by it, Tap the ‘start’ button, try to explore the app, you’ll be able to see the prompt message, reading ‘post to view.’
