Ponniyin Selvan 1 Movie Hindi OTT Release Date And Platform
The historical epic Ponniyin Selvan 1 by Mani Ratnam, which debuted in theatres on September 30, became a smash hit, grossing close to Rs 500 crore at the global box office. The movie had its OTT debut on Amazon Prime Video on October 28 for early access in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, and it became available to all subscribers on November 4 after it was made available to everyone.
OTT Release Date, Early Access and Availability To All Users
From Friday, November 11, the Hindi version of the movie will be available for early access. Those who don’t want to see Ponniyin Selvan 1 or PS-1 now can wait until November 26 when the historical epic will be available to all Prime members.
The massive OTT company announced the news on its social media accounts, writing, “the wait is over! This epic story of strength, valour, and grandeur is brought to you by #PS1onPrime in Hindi; rent to watch now! Coming on November 26 to Prime “. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, and others are among the ensemble cast members in the movie.
Storyline And Starcast
The movie, which was originally created in Tamil, is about the Cholas, one of the most powerful dynasties in history, and their fight for succession. Over the course of the last six decades, a number of artists, including M. G. Ramachandran, Kamal Haasan, and Rajinikanth, attempted to turn the book into a movie. Mani Ratnam was eventually successful in his endeavour.
Ponniyin Selvan 1 has received praise for its masterful storytelling, spectacular visuals, incredible acting, compelling story, large star cast, exceptional soundtrack, and excellent cinematography. As stated in the closing credits, Ponniyin Selvan II, also known as Ponniyin Selvan Part 2, will be released the following year in 2023.
