PlayStation Plus has three different tiers, all of which offer a unique set of rewards and privileges besides an ever-expanding library. Notably, PlayStation Plus subscribers gain access to a large library of PS3, PS4, and PS Vita games for free each month. Players who have a current PS Plus Essential membership can add these free games to their collection and download them to play them for as long as they are available.
PlayStation Plus games for December 2023
Notably, PlayStation Plus subscribers can access the following three titles for December: Lego 2K Drive, Powerwash Simulator, and Sable. The games will be available starting on Tuesday, December 5, up until Monday, January 1, 2023.
Lego 2K Drive (PS4, PS5)
Lego 2K Drive is a racing game played from a third-person perspective. The game is set in BrickLandia, which is an open world that consists of several areas where players can freely explore. Just like other Lego games, the game features destructible environments as well as many minigames and challenges. Players can also design their own cars in the game, and these vehicles can also transform, just like in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. Players can play the game in the following modes:
- Split-screen multiplayer for two players
- Online multiplayer for six players
- Cooperative multiplayer
- Competitive multiplayer
Powerwash Simulator (PS4, PS5)
Powerwash Simulator is a simulation game where players play as owners of a tiny power washing company in first-person mode. In that game, players take on work for various clients in various locales as levels. Players must wipe the dirt off a variety of items to finish each level and go to the next. Once the object is cleaned successfully, players receive a sum of money to upgrade their power washing equipment. These upgrades then offer a better way for players to improve their power washer and perform better at different ranges and under different conditions. Moreover, players can also use the help of extra tools, like a ladder, during various parts of a level.
Sable (PS5)
Sable (PS5) is a non-linear open-world free exploration game where the narrative is revealed through NPC dialogue and environmental cues. Notably, the game lacks combat as well as a predetermined plot and mainly focuses on exploration and basic puzzle-solving, besides navigating through ruins and sand dunes. Players can also customize certain game elements, such as Sable’s hoverbike and outfit. Players can obtain different parts for hoverbikes and apparel by exploring the game’s universe or by finishing various assigned missions. While a character’s clothing is only cosmetic, different hoverbike components impact how the player moves through the Midden environment.
PlayStation Plus games set to leave
With December now starting, PlayStation Plus members have just until December 4 to add the games from November to their collection. These include Aliens Fireteam Elite, Dragon Ball: The Breakers, and Mafia II: Definitive Edition.
