The 15-year-old boy was allegedly fondled by Megan Carlisle, a paraprofessional at the Elizabethtown Area Middle School when he was in her care. According to the Northwest Regional Police Department, the incident took place on April 28 during an in-school suspension.

Megan Carlisle, 37, arrested on several charges that include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and statutory rape.

Megan Carlisle: Who is She?
Megan Carlisle has been named as the suspect. She is accused of grabbing a teen during an all-day in-school punishment and then engaging in “s*xual activity” that night in her car. According to a news release from Northwest Regional Police, the 37-year-old woman is also said to have emailed the 15-year-old boy and his 16-year-old friend images and videos of herself.
She allegedly had s*x with a minor while she was employed by the Elizabethtown Area School District in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, as a paraprofessional and in-school suspension monitor.
Charges Against Megan Carlisle
According to reported police reports, on April 28, the victim “engaged in s*xual activity” with Carlisle in her car before sending him $20 via Cash App so he could buy food. The next day, she allegedly bought him vape pods after he made a similar request.
Carlisle, of Elizabethtown, is charged with one count each of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, institutional assault, unlawful contact with a minor, statutory s*xual assault, and disseminating s*xual materials to a minor, according to a press release from the Northwest Regional Police Department.
The Northwest Regional Police stated in a press statement that “the investigation also discovered the images and videos made by Carlisle were subsequently sent and distributed to an undisclosed number of other students at Elizabethtown School.” Police searched her home, car, and mobile as part of their ongoing investigation because they believe there are “a large number of victims” in this case.
On May 3, 2023, the allegations were first brought to the district’s attention. Later, these allegations were submitted to the police and Childline, a hotline for reporting child abuse. On $200,000 bail, Carlisle is currently being held in the Lancaster County Jail.
