The company was founded by Jatan Bawa and Tushar Khurana in 2021. The product portfolio includes electric toothbrushes with charcoal bristles, probiotic mouthwash, smart water flossers, and copper tongue cleaners.
The company has more than 40,000 customers to date, with 45% of its revenue being spent on marketing. It also claims to have more than 6,500 subscribers, and after net sales of ₹77, they have earned ₹23 lakhs.

Perfora Oral Care Company was offered a deal by Shark Namita and Shark Vineeta for ₹80 lakhs in exchange for 4% equity, valuing the company at ₹20 crores.
However, the sharks requested a higher equity stake in excess of the previous valuation, and the founders eventually accepted ₹80 lakhs for 2.5% equity, which was the previous valuation discussed with all the sharks, except Shark Anupam who declined to participate in the deal. Shark Aman also found the valuation to be high and was subsequently eliminated from the negotiations.
Eventually, Shark Namita, Shark Peyush, and Shark Vineeta made a counteroffer of ₹80 lakh for 2.5% equity, valuing the company at ₹32 crores. At last, the founders accepted this offer.
