2023 PDC World Cup of Darts latest results, score, second-round schedule, venue, & draw
Poland demonstrated their title credentials with an outstanding performance on Day Two of the £450,000 competition, which saw the round-robin portion of the competition culminate with a double session at Frankfurt’s Eissporthalle. Ratajski & Kciuk cranked on the style to defeat Lithuania’s Darius Labanauskas & Mindaugas Barauskas in their winner-take-all match with an astounding 118.10 average after narrowly defeating Portugal in their Group-G opener. During Saturday’s second-round matches, Poland will face-off against hosts Germany, who have qualified for the stage without losing a single leg.
Elsewhere, Dimitri Van den Bergh & Kim Huybrechts worked together to ensure 2013 champions Belgium qualified for the round-of-16 with two victories out of two in Group-A. Despite losing 4-3 to the USA on Friday evening, Denmark’s Benjamin Reus & Vladimir Andersen took first place in Group-F on the basis of superior leg differential and will now face second-seed Wales. Following Friday night’s draw, the draw bracket for the remainder of the competition has been determined. In another second-round tie, Latvia will clash against top-seed England.
