Gudem Vishnuvardhan Reddy, the 34-year-old son of Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy, passed suddenly on Thursday. He was being treated for a medical condition at a hospital in Hyderabad.
Since his student days, Vishnuvardhan Reddy has been actively associated with the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). Sadly, he became ill on July 23 and was sent to the hospital. On arrival, doctors declared his illness jaundice. Tragically, he passed away on Thursday at 2.30 a.m.
Vishnuvarshan actively participated in his father’s political activities in the constituency and ran an election campaign for him.

His family reported that he passed away around 2 a.m. following a heart attack. While receiving treatment, Vishnuvardhan reportedly developed jaundice, which necessitated dialysis. After that, he was placed on ventilator support.
His funeral is set to take place soon after his remains were transported to Mahipal Reddy’s home in Pathancheru.
Reddy, who comes from a political family, has been actively involved in the BRS party since he was very young. He was renowned for his political zeal and fervour, as well as his efforts to effect positive change in his constituency. Many people liked him because of his compassion, approachability, and desire to lend a hand.

The Reddy family in Mahipal was devastated by the loss of their son. The son and daughter of Vishnuvardhan Reddy, as well as his wife, Dr Kiranmai, survive him. His funeral is set to take place soon after his remains were transported to Mahipal Reddy’s home in Pathancheru.
Many BR activists and leaders have sent their sympathy and support to the family during these difficult times. Vishnuvarshan Reddy was honoured by Minister Harish Rao, Errabelli Dayakar Rao, and MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy.
Additionally, the Mahila Commission’s Sunita Lakshma Reddy, the State Finance Corporation’s V Bhupal Reddy, the MLAs Bhupal Reddy, Kranti Kiran, Madan Reddy, and Manik Rao, the District Collector A Sharat, and the Superintendent of Police Ramana Kumar all expressed their condolences.
