Skateboarding competitions at the 2024 Summer Olympics are scheduled to run from July 27 to August 7 at Place de la Concorde, marking the sport’s return to the program for the second time since its official debut at Tokyo 2020. However, the men’s street skateboarding event, originally scheduled for Saturday, July 27, has been postponed to Monday, July 29.

Team GB will enter four athletes into the skateboarding events at the Paris 2024 Olympics, with Sky Brown leading the charge. Sky, who won a bronze medal in the Women’s Park event in Tokyo, returns at age 16 aiming for gold in both events. She will face stiff competition from a trio of Japanese skateboarders—Liz Akama, Yoshizawa Coco, and Olympic bronze medallist Nakayama Funa—each of whom has proven their skill by securing an Olympic quota spot.

Bombette Martin and Lola Tambling will make their Olympic debuts in the women’s events, while Andy MacDonald will compete in the men’s events. Paris 2024 will feature more skateboarders across four medal events (street and park for both men and women), with the roster size expanding from 80 in Tokyo to 88.
