Detailed Explanation of Pariksha Sangam Portal

The Sangam Portal is divided into 3 major sections named as ‘Schools (Ganga), Regional Offices (Yamuna) and Head Offices (Saraswati)’.

The Ganga Section is for the students and stakeholders. From this section they can get access to exam related materials, upcoming activities, school DigiLocker communication, IPS, and all the pre-exam and post-exam related information.

The Yamuna section is for all the CBSE aspirants. From this section aspirants can find any information related to RO dashboard for Command, Control, E-Sandesh, Integrated Payment Monitoring for Term 1 and Data Management, Historical Information Repository of Schools and much more information.

The Saraswati section deals with the information related to exam reference materials, pre-exam dates, exam conduction MIS, post-exam data, centralized LOC correction, CMTM and much more information.

In the year 2022, CBSE has conducted two term examinations that are Term 1 and Term 2. Both the terms covered at least 50 percent of the syllabus. This new method was introduced due to the Covid-19 pandemic situations.

The Class 10th and 12th results for term 1 have been already announced but the results for term 2 are yet to be announced. The final result will depend on the average of both the terms i.e., Term 1 and Term 2.

However CBSE has released a notification declaring that the exams will be conducting only once at the end of the academic year 2022-2023, which only means that the board has cancelled the Term 1 and Term 2 examinations policy and from now-on the exams will be held once a year.
