Earlier Prime has announced that they would be adapting the “Paper Girls”, which is a Comics series written by Brian K. Vaughan and Cliff Chiang.ย
The teaser of the series was already released by the company in May and now they have released the full trailer of the adopted series.

If we talk about the Paper Girls comics, undoubtedly the work of Brian and Cliff is loved world-wide by the comics fans.ย Amazon Prime Video launched the trailer of the series on Monday, July 4, 2022 following the multiple teasers and Promotional Photos. The show is jointly developed by Amazon Studios and Legendary Television.ย
In a recent interview, Vaughan has spoken about his comics series being adopted by Amazon as, “I think sometimes people read a comic and are like, โoh this is just storyboards, letโs just shoot this.โ But comics are its own unique medium, and television can do things that we canโt”.
He continued, “Like with needle drops, just the addition of music adds an incredible layer to this that we didnโt have access to. These young performers are some of the best younger actors Iโve ever seen.
This show really takes such advantage of the medium. If youโve never heard of Paper Girls, if youโre not familiar with this comic, then the show is still 100 percent accessible and I think you will love it”.ย
Brian further added as, “But if youโre a hardcore fan of the comic, itโs still going to be extremely surprising to you. With our blessing, they go to some places that we never could as a comic and there are new characters, there are new threats”.
Amazon Prime Video has posted the trailer on their official YouTube channel on July 5th. Since the upload, the trailer has received more than 1.1K likes, 2,236,749 views.ย

The story of Paper Girls revolves around the lives of 2 Young girls, who work as a paper delivery girl. One day, the Morning after the Halloween I’m 1988, the girls become caught in a conflict between the time travelers.ย
Due to which they goes on an adventure through the time to save the world. These girls travel through past, present and future and also encountered the future version of themselves. The series will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on July 29th, 2022.ย ย
