This is confirmed by a press article published by Blizzard that outlines what players may anticipate from the second season of OW2. According to the same source, the annual Chinese celebration will continue until the first of February; however, there is a plan that originally stated it will end on the sixth of February.
To this point, there has only been confirmation of a single skin, and that skin features Mei disguised as a bunny. The preview for the second season, which can be viewed on YouTube, reveals this information.

As of this writing, there have been no limited-time modes announced for the Overwatch 2 Lunar New Year 2023 event; however, it is possible that the following modes from the previous year’s celebration will be brought back:
