In chapter 166 of One Punch man, we get to see that Garou unleashed his nuclear strike. With his great God Powers setting him up invincible, Garou is seen moving toward Earth. His power has grown to the point that just being around humans, mainly the weak kind, will be enough to end them.
Eventually, Blast interrupted Silver Fang and Garou’s chat, shocking them both with his arrival. Blast’s attitude is scary and unsettling as he talks about how all life on earth is at risk because of his own being there. With what little hope he still had, Blast attempts to transform Garou in an effort to return him to his correct place.
As the chapter unfolds, Garou makes the bold assertion that he is the “Symbol of Fear,” and we can sense the utmost evil flowing from him. Here’s where Genos tries to kill Garou but is unsuccessful.
