One would be surprised to know that in the same year American MMA promotion, UFC issued close to $2 Million to their top listed fighters. Not only that, Sityodtong has often speculated about the likes of financially competing with UFC in acquiring the best fighters in the world.

Lastly as per MMA Salaries, Johnson earned $750,000 per his 3 fights in 2019 under the ONE banner. Whereas Alvarez who has lost 3 out of his 4 fights under the banner has reportedly earned $600,000 per fight.
