Delonte West went onto claim he was a better player than LeBron James while getting arrested
Over the years, Delonte West has struggled to keep his alcohol under limits. And its ended up causing massive upheaval in his life with the player going on a downtick owing to his inability to rein in the drinks.
While Mark Cuban had helped him check into a rehab back in 2020 in a bid to eradicate the problem from West’s life, the treatment did little to get his house in order. the 38 year old was arrested on October 19 after being stopped by the police in Boynton Beach in the aftermath of him yelling and banging on a local police station’s door.

Delonte was subsequently arrested for his troubles with police documented that the was holding a beer and vodka bottle in his hands during the arrest. The player was detained by open container and resisting with the police officers body cam footage showing just how out of his mind West was during the arrest.
West went onto say some incredible things during the event with him going onto talk about how he was the president of the United States and a better player than LeBron James.
West who has been hit with three charges including obstruction/resisting without violence, open container and disorderly intoxication will appear in court next month for his hearing in the case.
