The ATP confirmed in April 2019 that Turin will host the Nitto ATP Finals from 2021 through 2025. This year, Alexander Zverev won his second Nitto ATP Finals title after he had defeated World No. 2 Daniil Medvedev 6-4, 6-4 in Turin to cap up a stellar 2021 season.

In the semi-finals, Alexander Zverev upset World No. 1 Novak Djokovic and continued that brilliant effort against Medvedev. After 75 minutes, Zverev started to play his most powerful game on the Russian as he stepped inside the court, and was able to beat the the 25-year-old, who sat deep behind the baseline.

Men’s Doubles Finals
Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut of France won the Nitto ATP Finals doubles title for the second time in three years on Sunday. The third seeds were able to make a comeback from the Red Group loss they had faced to second-seeded American Rajeev Ram and Great Britain’s Joe Salisbury this week by winning the final. The final result was 6-4, 7-6, with the Frenchmen playing for one hour and 32 minutes and beating their opponents at the Pala Alpitour in Turin.
Herbert and Mahut have proved their partnership again as they have won their 20th team title, adding to the 2019 season finale trophy the duo had won against Raven Klaasen and Michael Venus at the Nitto ATP Tour held at The O2 in London.
