We face hate everywhere, openly or behind our backs, due to the negativity Bihar receives in news, cinema, and memes. Despite our contributions to the country, from the Independence Movement to the Emergency, all we get in return is hate. #SupportNitikahttps://t.co/yIhQhvjUve pic.twitter.com/e5DNEcM32U

As per Kumari, over the past year, a number of incidences have occurred that she chose to ignore, reasoning that this is just the way corporate life is.
Kumari wrote about a recent incident that occurred on April 22, 2024, in which her coworker Ajmeera Ashok made remarks that were racially offensive.
“The exacts words which he used were ‘EK CHAMAAT MAARENGE, BIHAR PAHUCH JAOGI.’
Kumari claimed that even though she followed all the right procedures and reported the occurrence to their manager and the HR division, little action was done.
She highlighted that she did follow the protocol and informed her manager Ayeesha Talukdar about the whole incident but nothing came out of it, except for a team meeting where she was told that her colleague did not physically assault me, it was just a hatred comment which she can let go of.
Another incident during a smoke break, involving a coworker named Vinay Kumar Rajuldev, AMO from the UK CDD team, further exacerbated the poisonous environment. He made offensive and objectifying statements.
He said, ‘Tumhare jaisi ladki hum aaj tk ni dekhe hai, akele pura UK team ka naam kharab kr k rkhi hai.’ This means Kumar has tarnished the reputation of their team; he has never seen a girl like her.
When Kumari asked him about the reason behind his comments, he said, ‘tumhare alawa kisi UK team ki ladki ko hm ni dkhe hai cigarette pite huye. ‘
