The 2022 Nirvana Turkish Masters is a professional snooker competition held at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, from March 7 to 13, 2022. The Turkish Masters was the 13th ranking event of the 2021–22 snooker season, and it was the first time that a professional snooker event has been held in Turkey.
2022 Nirvana Turkish Masters Snooker Tournament Schedule, Dates, And Venue
The tournament is taking place at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel, Antalya, Turkey. The final took place on Sunday, March 13th. The qualifying rounds were place at the Morningside Arena in Leicester from February 2 to 6, 2022. The tournament came after the Welsh Open and before the Gibraltar Open.
Tournament Format And Rules
Up until the semi-final stage, all games were best of nine frames. The semi-finals featured best of eleven frames.
The finals were a best of nineteen frames and was refereed my Brendan Moore.
Nirvana Turkish Masters Snooker 2022 Final Results, Winner And Score
On Sunday, Judd Trump won the first Turkish Masters Snooker by defeating fellow Englishman Matthew Selt with his sixth 147 of his career. Trump, 32, fell in the final of the Welsh Open last week to Joe Perry, but came back to win his 23rd ranking trophy. The world number three won the inaugural professional snooker tournament in Turkey by a score of 10-4 in Antalya.
Judd Trump dominated the final and produced three century breaks compared to Selt’s highest break of 61. Selt could produce only one break above 50 while Judd Trump produced 9 half-century breaks.

Prize Money Pool Distribution
The champion of Turkish Masters will receive £100,000 in prize money, while the losing finalist will receive 45,000 Pounds. The net prize pool of the tournament will be 500,000 Pounds.
Judd Trump received a net prize money of 1,05,000 pounds after winning the tournament along with the highest break award.
