2023 NFL schedule rumours
According to various sources, 2023 NFL schedule is rumoured to be released about a wee from today on May 11.
NFL Germany games leaked details
Prior to the start of the season in January, the NFL announced that the Chiefs and Patriots would both “host” games in Germany in 2023. However, the league did not offer any other information about the two games.
However, just recently, a German news outlet (The Bild) revealed some new information about the games. Given below are the details that the outlet reported about each game:
- The Patriots will play the Saints, which means that this would be the Saints’ second straight trip to Europe
- The Chiefs will play against the Bears
- Both games will take place at Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park, it is the first time in NFL history that Frankfurt has hosted a regular-season game
- The two games will take place across consecutive weeks with the first game taking place on Nov. 12 (Week 10) followed by the second game on Nov. 19. Since last year’s game took place in Week 10, the NFL could stick with a similar timeline for this season.
The Chiefs are also scheduled to play against the Panthers in Munich, Germany in 2024.
Other international games
Aside from the Germany games, the NFL has also revealed details about the other international games. The NFL have revealed the home teams for all the five international games this year. The other three game aside from the two games in Germany will all take place London. In those three games, the Bills, Titans, and Jaguars will serve as the home team.
