New Jeans, the most popular new K-pop group of 2022, has set a date for their comeback
ADOR’s girl group will soon make their much-anticipated comeback. Their first EP topped the charts, and now fans can’t wait to see them again.
New Jeans (styled as NewJeans) is a group of five people: Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein. On July 22, with the song “Attention,” they made an unexpected debut. Later, the group put out three more songs: Hybe Boy, Cookie, and a B-side track called Hurt. All of these songs were on their first EP, which was called their own name.
New Jeans Kpop Group Comeback And OMG Album Release Date And Members Name
The single album OMG by ADOR’s New Jeans will be released on January 2, 2023, a HYBE press briefing confirmed. Their new album, OMG, will include the song “OMG,” which they wrote for their first album. The group has also made a special winter song for their fan club, Bunnies, which will be on the single album.

Before their comeback on December 19, the pre-release track will be released. ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin said this about New Jeans’ comeback idea: “If the debut album showed NewJeans in the summer, this single album will show NewJeans in the winter.”
A Look At The First Records By New Jeans
ADOR’s NewJeans didn’t start out like most K-pop rookie groups. Instead of introducing the members and releasing a teaser, they just dropped the music video. The move was a pleasant surprise, and it did very well on music charts around the world. They were even number one on the Circle music chart in South Korea (previously Gaon).
Their first EP also got 2.06 million plays on Spotify Korea, which was the most for any K-pop girl group that came out in 2022. In addition to being streamed online, their self-titled debut EP was pre-ordered over 444,000 times, which broke the record for the most pre-orders of any K-pop girl group’s debut album. According to the Hanteo chart, the group sold 311,000 copies of the album in the first week.
New Jeans has already been nominated multiple times as the best new group of 2022. In October 2022, they will also win the Next Leader Award from The Fact Music Awards.
Early In 2023, More Hybe Groups Will Come Back
According to HYBE’s most recent press briefing, more groups are planning to come back in 2019, including TXT, Enhypen, Seventeen, and Fromis 9. Also, the solo albums of BTS’s RM and Minhyun, who used to be in NUEST, are coming out soon. The press briefing showed that Enhypen’s label, Belift Lab, will soon be putting out a new group.
