During the second season of Shark Tank India, the Neuphony Business pitched their wearable neurofeedback device to the Sharks, seeking investment in exchange for equity in the company.
Several Sharks made offers, including Shark Namita, who offered ₹1 crore for 6.66% equity, valuing the company at ₹15 crores. Similarly, Shark Anupam and Shark Namita together made the same offer of ₹1 crore for 6.66% equity, valuing the company at ₹15 crores.
Shark Aman and Shark Peyush also offered ₹1 crore for 6.66% equity, valuing the company at ₹15 crores. However, the Business Pitcher countered with an offer of ₹1 crore for 5% equity, valuing the company at ₹20 crores.
In response, Shark Aman and Shark Peyush revised their offer to ₹1 crore for 5.4% equity, valuing the company at ₹18.5 crores. Pitchers accepted this offer.
