At the age of 13, child vocalist Sachin Pariyar passed suddenly. Pariyar passed away at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday while receiving treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharagunj, Kathmandu according to hospital sources.
He was admitted to the hospital on December 21 after experiencing serious health issues and according to the hospital administration, Pariyar died due to pulmonary hemmorhage induced by a severe case of pneumonia with his father Tejendra Pariyar confirming his death.
The hospital acknowledged in a statement on Thursday that Sachin Pariyar had received care there for more than five years for a variety of medical conditions. He was diagnosed with a congenital trilateral ventricular cyst, which was treated with neurosurgery. In addition, he had central diabetic insipidus, for which he was continuously on medicine.
However, recurrent hospitalizations have resulted from noncompliance with treatment recommendations. On December 28, Pariyar was admitted this time with convulsions, altered awareness, and an intense fever. With complications such as pneumonia, acute renal injury, multiple organ dysfunction, encephalopathy, severe infection, and bleeding disorder, his situation quickly worsened.
His condition deteriorated even after receiving extensive care in the paediatric intensive care unit, which included ventilatory support, antibiotics, and blood transfusions. He had a serious oxygen shortage due to significant pulmonary bleeding on the fifth day of his hospital stay, which ultimately resulted in cardiac arrest. Despite medical professionals’ best efforts, Pariyar was unable to be revived and died on January 2 at 10:49 a.m.

Many people adored Sachin Pariyar, who had become well-known for his songs and music videos. He had performed and sung in a number of well-known shows, such as “Bar ko Chhayanle,” in which Rajesh Hamal co-starred with singers Govinda Paudel, Kamala Ghimire, and Karuna Rai. As of Thursday, the music video for his song “Otha Kholera,” which featured both his acting and vocals, had received over 19 million views on YouTube.
Additionally, Pariyar and Asmita Adhikari worked together on the song “Ke Chha Ra Hajur.” His health had been the subject of social media worries for the past few years. Tejendra Pariyar, his father, had previously provided updates on his health and current medical care.
