The NCAA softball field only has 16 teams remaining with just one more hurdle to clear before the eight teams enter the Women’s College World Series, check out the full schedule, dates teams, and more of the super regionals 2023

The super regionals will begin today on Thursday, featuring Florida State vs Georgia for a Game 1 challenge before Oklahoma State faces Oregon.

Following today’s games, there will be further games on Friday and Saturday before some potential winner-take-all tie-breaker games on Sunday.

2023 NCAA softball super regionals competition preview

Ahead of the competition, all eyes are on No. 1 Oklahoma, who have dominated the nation this season. The team currently has an impressive 54-1 record. Although they are heavily favored against their opponents No. 16 Clemson, anything is possible at this stage of the season. An example of this is No. 2 seed UCLA’s regional exit which stunned everyone following losses to Grand Canyon and Liberty.
