On Saturday in Las Vegas, NBA’s In-season Tournament structure was officially unveiled, ushering in a new era in basketball history. During this event, some of the NBA’s brightest young stars, including Adam Silver, Victor Wembanyama, Paolo Banchero, Cade Cunningham, Anthony Edwards, & two-time All-Star Trae Young, were present to help promote the league’s newest competition.

2023 NBA In-Season Tournament schedule, date, draw, & participating teams
It is confirmed that the first-ever NBA In-Season Tournament will begin on 3rd November before concluding on 9th December with the Championship Game. At Las Vegas’s T-Mobile Arena, the semi-final and championship matches will be played. During the group stage, each team will play against each other once for a total of four group games apiece throughout the month of November.
Following this, eight teams will qualify for the single-elimination knockout round. According to the format, these eight teams will be made up of one Wild Card team from each conference and the teams with the best tournament records from each group. Ultimately, the top-four teams will return to Vegas for playing in the semi-final stage and qualifying for the championship match, whose winner will bag the NBA Cup.

NBA In-Season Tournament 2023: prize money & awards
According to official information, players will get prize money according on how far their teams make it through the NBA In-Season Tournament. Additionally, players will be eligible to get selected for the All-Tournament Team and receive the In-Season Tournament MVP award.
Winning Team’s Player: $500,000.
Runner-up Team’s Player: $200,000
Semi-Finalist Team’s Player: $100,000
Quarterfinalist Team’s Player: $50,000
