NBA All-Star Game 2024 voting explained, how to vote, dates, location, tickets, format
On Friday, February 16, media, sports, and entertainment icons will compete in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game at Lucas Oil Stadium. Bainbridge Fieldhouse will host an NBA Rising Stars game later that evening. The best first- and second-year players in the league will participate in that tournament.
NBA All-Star practice will be held inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday, February 17, for coaches and players in the following NBA All-Star game. This year’s All-Star Draft will not take place because the league is going back to its traditional Eastern Conference vs. Western Conference structure.
In the NBA, the head coaches will select the reserves for the All-Star Game. Any injured replacements that are required will be selected by Commissioner Adam Silver. Thursday, January 25, will see the announcement of the NBA All-Star Game starters. The NBA head coaches choose the reserves, who will be revealed on February 1.

The players who people feel should start in this season’s All-Star Game will be chosen by popular vote between mid-December and mid-January. In other words, five players from each conference qualify for the ten available seats.
When and how does the voting work for NBA All-Star?
Voting for the starting lineup of the 2024 NBA All-Star Game will take place between December 19 and January 20. Fifty per cent of the vote to choose the starting lineup for the All-Star Game is cast by fans. Three players from each conference’s frontcourt and two guards make up the All-Star team. One vote may be cast daily by fans. Here are the important dates for voting:
- Dec. 19: NBA All-Star fan voting begins at 7 a.m. ET
- Dec. 25: 3-for-1 voting day
- Jan. 1: 3-for-1 voting day
- Jan. 4: Fan voting update
- Jan. 5: 3-for-1 voting day
- Jan. 11: Fan voting update
- Jan. 12: 3-for-1 voting day
- Jan. 15: 3-for-1 voting day
- Jan. 18: Fan voting update
- Jan. 19: 3-for-1 voting day

How to vote for the 2024 NBA All-Star starters?
