He is always supportive of promising new talent. He also maintains Annapurna Studios and Annapurna Films schools, which have top-notch state-of-the-art amenities and facilities.
Nagarjuna announced the Annapurna School Of Film And Media’s Next Big Thing program. He encouraged film enthusiasts to apply for the ‘The Next Big Thing’ program.
The winners will be mentored by the Annapurna team in order to secure offers in the film industry. Nagarjuna announced the program in a video featuring him and Amala. He believes that, in addition to talent, time should be on our side in order for our dreams to come true.
The video also includes excerpts from producers Shobu Yarlagadda, Swapna Dutt, and Director Ayan Mukherjee discussing how there are numerous opportunities in film for those who are interested and have ideas. Nagarjuna’s next project with writer-turned-director Bezawada Prasanna Kumar will be announced soon.
For those who are curious, the star is all set for his upcoming project. Let us tell you, Nagarjuna was planning a film with Dhamaka author Prasanna Kumar Bezawada. The film was a big-budget remake planned for Sankranthi’s release.
However, due to a series of unfortunate events, the film has been shelved. Every senior Tollywood actor is doing something interesting, and Nagarjuna appears to be the only one of the Big 4 who has slowed down in comparison to Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, and Venkatesh.
Chiru had a huge blockbuster with Waltair Veerayya, while Balakrishna had two back-to-back hits with Akhanda and Veera Simha Reddy.
