A Ravens band member called Nicole Martinez recently broke her silence following allegations of having an affair with Steve Smith Sr. Nicole broke her silence after her husband Tony Martinez revealed about her affair with former NFL wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. Tony posted several screenshots of an alleged conversation between his wife and Smith on X this past Saturday. Tony also went on to posted a recording of himself confronting Smith over the phone, expressing his anger and disappointment. Nicole Martinez seemingly went on to address the whole situation on social media, confirming the affair and stating on her Facebook account:
Hi, I am Nicole Martinez, though I won’t be a Martinez much longer. You see, I have been cheating on my husband. And I have been doing so with the very famous Steve Smith Sr. Pics attached for reference. I had him hidden under ‘3,’ but that’s been fixed.”

Moreover, Nicole also admitted that she may have violated several NFL rules with her relationship with Smith. Nicole stated:
