Last chapter of the manga series showed us, Class 2A interacting with the new first-year students. Though, everyone looking cheerful, Uraraka seemed she’s hiding her emotions.
Later, she went to the hill and seen crying while thinking about Toga. At the moment, Deku arrived to talk to her and the chapter ended like that.
As per the chapter 429 spoilers, the upcoming chapter is titled “I am Here.” It starts with a narration by a mystery character recounting his past.
His family initially treated him kindly after learning about his mutation, they locked him in an underground room, tying his mouth to silence his cries.

Chapter 429 – Pre-Release Thread

Years later, his family, seemingly abandoning the house, shouted, “this country is doomed,” and threw him some bread. An explosion destroyed part of the underground room, allowing him to escape.
The spoilers then shift to Uraraka, who remembers Himiko Toga’s final words and reflects on her survival being due to Himiko’s death. As she begins to cry, Deku arrives.
Uraraka hides her tears and asks Deku how he found her. Deku explains he used One For All and knew she would be there because it was where they had a significant conversation before.
Ochako admits she didn’t want to be seen, but Deku couldn’t ignore her strange behavior since the entrance exam.
Deku offers his hand to Ochako, who takes it and cries harder, blaming herself for Himiko’s death and pondering different scenarios where Himiko could have been saved.

Deku shares similar thoughts about Tenko Shimura. The consequences of this war differ from the previous ones, as even All For One warned him about the thorny path ahead. Yet, Deku believes that by reaching out, they can overcome these hurdles.
The scene then cuts to All Might asking Hawks about expanding the Billboard Chart, recognizing that many non-heroes helped in the war. They propose a new title, “eiyuu,” distinguishing it from the “industrialized” term “hero.”
The narrative returns to the mysterious character, observing people around him and questioning why he alone suffers. Black liquid starts to seep from his fingers, and the old lady from Tenko’s flashback holds his hand.
Deku and Uraraka watch from a distance, happy that the old lady reached out to the boy, wishing people had done the same for Tenko and Himiko. The chapter concludes with Hawks’ quote: “A society where heroes have too much spare time.”
