Tamil superstar Vijay Sethupathi makes his Bollywood debut with the action thriller Mumbaikar, know its OTT release date

Vijay Sethupathi, often known as Makkal Selvan, is a South Indian actor who will shortly make his Hindi debut in the action thriller Mumbaikar. It’s a reimagining of Santosh Sivan’s 2017 hit Maanagaram, in which Regina Cassandra and Sri starred in, and it won him a National Award for Best Cinematography.

Mumbaikar will finally release on June 2, 2023, on Jio Cinema digital platform after the IPL Final 2023. The entire filming schedule for the suspense drama took place in Mumbai. The film follows a group of people in Mumbai as their lives evolve. It’s based on Lokesh Kanagraj’s 2017 Tamil film “Maanagaram,” which starred Sundeep Kishan, Sri, and Regina Cassandra. Sethupathi makes his Bollywood debut alongside the flick.
