The patch for today is a little unusual because it aims to improve on recent technological advancements. Rather than introducing fresh content. The whole patch notes will be released later, but in the meanwhile, here’s whatever the MultiVersus game director tweeted to supporters ahead of time:
โThere will be a new patch and downtime tomorrow morning at 9AM PST. This patch will address the server-side temporary fixes put in place from yesterday.โ
According to online information, the following characters are among those being considered for the upcoming update:
- Batman and his Batarang
- Finn nerf is being dialled back
- Harley Quinn Bomb Fix
The MultiVersus team acknowledged several alterations to the game on August 15. It wasn’t intended to be there but ended up in the most recent build.
Some of these errors will be corrected in today’s patch. According to Tony Hynh, the game’s director, who told players that “some of our work-in-progress work sneaked into the build, causing a lot of issues.” Unintentionally, some of our global adjustments to the hurt/hitbox and the ammo cooldown mechanism were incorporated.
