Derek Lunsford was crowned as the 2023 Mr. Olympia champion, becoming the 18th bodybuilder to hoist the Sandow trophy. In addition to the gold medal, Lunsford also secured the People’s Choice Award. Choopan, on the other hand, fell to the second-place position. Dauda, making his second appearance at the Olympia, improved three places from last year to clinch the bronze medal. Brandon Curry maintained his fourth-place finish from the 2022 Olympia.

At the 59th Olympia edition, Keone Pearson achieved his inaugural 212 Olympia title. Meanwhile, Chris Bumstead secured the Classic Physique Olympia crown, marking his fifth victory and solidifying his legacy in the sport. Despite the determined efforts of Banks, Hendrickson, and Hunter, they were unable to prevent Ryan Terry from claiming his first Men’s Physique Olympia title.
Andrea Shaw secured her fourth Ms. Olympia championship at the 2023 Olympia. Meanwhile, Oksana Grishina made a triumphant comeback, clinching her fifth Fitness Olympia title. With three titles under her belt, Sarah Villegas currently ranks as the second most accomplished bodybuilder in the Women’s Physique Olympia. Regrettably, Blanquisco was unable to retain her Bikini Olympia title, yielding it to Dorie despite her diligent efforts.
