Danish comes from a political family; his grandpa, Aziz Sait, was a Congress politician from Mysuru. As a child, he observed the numerous visitors who thronged his house every day to interact with the family.

Kubbra Sait, his sister, is an actress, and Tanveer Sait, his uncle, is a politician. Azeez Sait, his grandpa, was a minister in Karnataka. He married graphic designer Anya Rangaswamy.
