As per a report by the People, the famous American fashion designer, Christian Siriano, confirmed the demise of the model via his social media post as he paid the tributes to the late model on Sunday. No cause of death has been revealed as of now.
The 37-year-old designer took to his Instagram and shared a series of Jeremy’s pictures as he wrote a heartfelt message.
Christian penned in his post, “I have never posted anything like this but to lose a friend who was such a beautiful soul is just really hard.”

As per his LinkedIn profile, the model was a psychology student and camp counselor. He hails from Mahwah, New Jersey.
