DC Has Enough Back Up Says Shardul Thakur
Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals’ Shardul Thakur believes that the more all-rounders there are, the better, because multi-skilled cricketers become crucial when experts fail in one area. Mitchell Marsh, Axar Patel, Lalit Yadav, Mandeep Singh, and Thakur are among the several all-rounders on the Capitals’ roster.
“We have a lot of batting depth.” In T20 cricket, the more all-rounders a team has, the better. “If we lose quick wickets at the top, the job of the batsmen at 6,7, and 8 becomes critical,” Thakur was cited in a DC media release as stating.
The Delhi Capitals are in sixth place in the league rankings after winning two of their four games.
