Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia DโSouza are sharing the screen together after their 2012 romantic comedy film Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya which was directed by Mandeep Kumar. Both the actors Riteish and Genelia made their Bollywood debut in 2002 with K. Vijay Bhaskarโs Box-Office hit, Tujhe Meri Kasam in which they played the key roles.

Later on, they started dating each other. Apart from this, the couple also shared a screen in Indra Kumarโs directorial Bollywood comedy thriller drama Masti in 2004, with co-actors Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani, Amrita Rao, and Tara Sharma.
The movie has raked in Rs.30 lakhs on its opening day and is made on a budget of Rs.30 crore.

The couple announced on social media their upcoming romantic family drama by dropping the posters with the punchline โWHOLEHEARTED COMEDYโฆ PET SE!โ Mister Mummy witnessed its theatrical release on 18th November 2022.
Genelia has also tweeted while sharing the poster โA twisted laughter ride and story like never seen before. Get ready to roll on floors and laugh your heart out and till your stomach hurtsโ. Riteish also shared the same poster and we could say his excitement in his caption. The poster of the movie looks interesting and as it features the duo with baby bumps. It also makes you laugh as Riteish is featured in a very worrying situation yet funny expressions while flaunting his baby bump.

Mister Mumy movie is helmed by Shaad Ali who is known for his directorial work in movies like Saathiya in 2002, Bunty Aur Babi in 2005, OK Jaanu in 2017, Soorma in 2018 and many others.
This project is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the banner of their home production company T-Series, in association with the director Shaad Aliโs Hectic Cinema. Siva Ananth is also one of the co-producers who is producing the film under Hecticย Cinema. The release date of the film will be declared in the upcoming days.

The plot of the story revolves around a crazy duo that is having totally different ideologies from each other when it comes to children. Riteish Deshmukh, who is best known for playing different roles has appeared in the role of a pregnant young man in the movie. The storyline of the movie seems hilarious yet unique.
